1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using My Pet Song, you agree to these terms. You must use the platform lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a separate written agreement with us states otherwise.

2. Platform service

My Pet Song is a web-based platform that generates custom songs and related media from your prompts and inputs. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Intellectual property and licensing

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, generated song compositions, and related project assets remain with the My Pet Song platform and project, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the songs you create through the platform for non-commercial personal use (for example sharing with family and friends). Commercial use requires our prior written authorization.

4. Your content and conduct

You represent that you have the right to submit any text, image, or other material you provide. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content, or attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.

5. Accounts, billing, and refunds

Certain features require an account and paid song credits. You are responsible for account security and payment information accuracy. Fees are shown before purchase. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable once digital song credits or services are delivered.

6. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific creative outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the platform at any time.

9. Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable laws in Quebec and Canada, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers under local laws.
